DVD Replication Packages with 4C Printed Promo Video Jackets

We have the perfect package for your Promo Video DVDS. These are fully printed jackets (like minijackets) but made with an extra wide spine. This allows two great things - 1) You can easily add inserts & booklets, and 2) the printing on the spine gives the title extra visibility. You might also note that this package is very cost effective (our #1 suggestion for projects that need cost effective solutions) and lightweight (for mailing!).

You'll be within budget, consider some fun printing effects:
Fiberboard Paper Stock, or Recycled Content (for that organic look, or because you can)
Coated or Uncoated Paper (glossy & matte effects)
Embossing (raised relief like the big movie title releases)
Hot Foil stamping (for shiny elements guaranteed to catch the eye)
Metallic inks (silver metallic for the iron works look)
Die cut windows (for an irresistible peak)

Consider also using a clear substrate DVD if your title is small in content, such as a trailer. Clear Substrate DVDs are very inexpensive an add a WOW impact for a truly unique product.

DVD Replication with Promo Jackets - Build a Package

Instructions: To build your package, choose quantity, disc, packaging, and assembly. Your final product can be modified to add extra discs, customized with special printing effects, modify packaging style, add booklets, etc. Feel free to use Project Notes below for clarification or if you get stuck.

Discs
Includes the manufacturing of pressed discs & disc printing.

Pressed discs- injection molding, (i.e., substrate is poured out into mold), metal layer with data is formed with metal stamper (made from glass master made from client master).

Recordable DVD-Rs are made with a special layer that allows you to write the content.
You may want to use DVD-Rs if you have a special need like frequently changing data.

Mini DVDs are 8cm round DVD5s.

Clear Substrate Discs - uses a mini disc mask with clear substrate out to the edges. Data Size will be small, physical size the same as a standard full size dvd.

Disc Manufacturing
Includes the manufacturing / data replication / pressing of discs from your supplied master.

Disc Printing
Up to 5-color offset from your art file (film production included). If you're not familiar with this, 5C is full color (many replicators allow only 3C in the price) and Offset Printing is the highest quality (gorgeous picture discs, almost always an extra charge - it's free here, part of our way of making sure these are WOW discs.)

Proof discs
Provided (pressed & printed) for your approval. We set up the press and manufacture & print your proof disc. It is the only way to make absolutely certain that it's perfect. We'll send to you for approval.
