DVDs in Tall Custom Digipak Packaging make for an extremely impressive package. The sleek Custom Tray Pak Folder is 4C printed on recycled content stock. We custom manufacture these to your specification, so we are able to vary the design easily. We can do some very creative custom folds like a cross or plus or book-fold. The clear tray (or trays for multi-disc titles) is tall dvd height and can go in any location, and the 4C printing is visible underneath. Printing includes 4C/4C PIPS (Printed inside pockets and spines or reverse inside printing). Pockets for booklets can be added in any style, and 4C Slipcases can be added to finish the package.

Recycled stock is available in our standard stock, 20-30% recycled content, or in our Truly Eco paper stock - a very high recycled content percentage 70-80% with high post consumer waste percentage. The higher the recycled content the softer the paper. Both are available in coated or uncoated finishes. Fiberboard is another paper stock that we recommend for eco-friendly; unbleached brownish paper, using end of chain pulp material.

Many of our clients choose special finishing options such as spot UV plus matte lamination and reverse printing and hot foil stamping. Especially fun options: die cut window slipcases and eco-friendly fiberboard!

Printing is done in conjunction with your offset printed dvds, so your entire package is coordinated and gorgeous.

Also available: DigiClear & Acryllic slipcases, (totally clear boxes printed directly with up to 5C offset) and Fiberboard (earthy, natural, organic).

Pressed discs- injection molding, (i.e., substrate is poured out into mold), metal layer with data is formed with metal stamper (made from glass master made from client master).

Recordable DVD-Rs are made with a special layer that allows you to write the content.

Mini DVDs are 8cm round DVD5s.
Clear substrate DVD had the mini DVD metallization, but is clear out to the full 12mm edge.
