DVD Replication Packages with 4C Printed Wide Jackets, Perforated Postcard. Jackets can be made in any size, and we have many die cut shapes and styles. One style is what we call a wide jacket, or elongated jacket, or oversized jacket. We made it postcard width and conveniently, it can have a perforated panel with a tear off postcard for clients to send back to you. Also available with business reply cards and envelopes. Choose from hubs, pockets or trays to hold the disc, and add a zipper strip if you need it to seal securely.

Jackets can have a variety of options such as extra pockets to hold 2 or more discs, literature holders, business card holders, custom modified thumbholes, etc. Available with recycled content and fiberboard! Instructions: To build your package, choose quantity, disc, packaging, and assembly. Includes the manufacturing of pressed discs & disc printing.

Pressed discs- injection molding, (i.e., substrate is poured out into mold), metal layer with data is formed with metal stamper (made from glass master made from client master).

Recordable DVD-Rs are made with a special layer that allows you to write the content.
You may want to use DVD-Rs if you have a special need like frequently changing data.

Mini DVDs are 8cm round DVD5s.

Clear Substrate Discs - uses a mini disc mask with clear substrate out to the edges. Data Size will be small, physical size the same as a standard full size dvd.

Disc Manufacturing
Includes the manufacturing / data replication / pressing of discs from your supplied master.

Disc Printing
Up to 5-color offset from your art file (film production included). If you're not familiar with this, 5C is full color (many replicators allow only 3C in the price) and Offset Printing is the highest quality (gorgeous picture discs, almost always an extra charge - it's free here, part of our way of making sure these are WOW discs.)

Proof discs
Provided (pressed & printed) for your approval. We set up the press and manufacture & print your proof disc. It is the only way to make absolutely certain that it's perfect. We'll send to you for approval.
